Through a mixed-methods approach, combining both qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis methods, this research provides insights into the game's functionality, user experience, and potential applications in the tourism industry. The findings suggest that OMSI 2 can be an effective tool for promoting Singapore's tourism industry, while also highlighting areas for improvement in its operational efficiency.
